1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
By registering an account or using any part of the secure2u platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The secure2u platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 years and above. Account registration by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet the stipulated age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found not to meet this requirement.
This platform is intended for users based in Malaysia and operates under the terms set out herein. Users accessing the platform from regions where similar online activities are legally restricted are responsible for complying with their own local laws.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Registering more than one account using the same or related name, phone number, identification number, or payment details is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other required details. Using false information or another person's information without their consent is a violation of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your password with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.
Secure2u reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in temporary access restrictions on your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a secure2u platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any activity that violates Malaysian law or could cause harm to the platform or other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform's systems.
- Collusion between users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
- Using credit card or bank account details that do not belong to you.
- Any attempt at money laundering through the platform.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation.
Users also agree not to distribute any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or reputation-damaging content about the platform through any public channel.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the secure2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including DuitNow QR and FPX transfers through major Malaysian banks.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the specified timeframe. For transactions that take longer than usual, users are advised to retain proof of payment and contact the support team with the relevant transaction details for review.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and internal verification procedures.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are stated on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking the latest limits before making any transaction. The platform reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or suspicious activity.
Any bonuses or credits received are subject to separate terms of use, including the rollover requirements stated on the relevant promotions page. Failure to meet those requirements before the expiry date will result in the bonus being automatically forfeited.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Secure2u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity.
- Providing false or inaccurate information during account registration.
- Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.
- Account inactivity exceeding the stipulated period.
In the event of a temporary suspension, the user will be notified through their registered contact channel and given the opportunity to provide an explanation or required documentation. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the review process, provided there are no outstanding term violations under investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The secure2u platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, secure2u shall not be liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the secure2u platform — including trademarks, logos, interface design, text and software — is the property of the platform and protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. secure2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Secure2u reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as the updated version is published on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For material changes, the platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notifications to users who are directly affected.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts for adjudication.
