Account Information: During registration, you provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other identity verification details required. This information is used to create and manage your account.
Payment Information: When making deposits or withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR), the platform records transaction details such as amount, date, time, and payment method used (e.g. DuitNow or FPX). Full bank account numbers are not stored in our system — only the transaction references needed for account reconciliation.
Device & Browser Information: The platform automatically collects technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and access time. This data is used to detect technical issues, prevent fraud, and improve platform performance.
Usage Data: In-platform activity records — such as games played, markets accessed, session duration and page navigation — are collected for internal analytics and service improvement purposes.

All information collected by secure2u is used solely for purposes related to the provision and improvement of platform services. The main purposes for using this information are as follows:
- Account management: Creating, verifying, and managing user accounts, and enabling secure login.
- Transaction processing: Processing deposits, withdrawals and bonus payments in MYR (RM) accurately and securely.

- With payment service providers required to process your MYR transactions — only the information necessary to complete those transactions will be shared.
